• Repayment has been made mistakenly by the borrower unintentionally before his/her due date of loan repayment.

Should the client be dissatisfied with our services for any unforeseen reasons, we encourage them to contact us for guidance regarding future interactions, and we are committed to enhancing their satisfaction. We also recommend that all visitors and potential customers review our refund policy prior to payment, as any eligible refunds will be processed and credited to the corresponding bank account within 7 working days.
