At Mudraboxx, we strive to provide transparent and customer-friendly services. Refunds will only be considered under specific conditions such as services were not provided as agreed, excess or duplicate payment by the client, repayment done mistakenly before the due date. We do not entertain refund claims for payments made towards non-refundable services or any pre-approved fees already communicated to the customer. Additionally, no refunds will be processed for services availed partially or fully, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Once a refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
