We wish to inform all our clients that we are a legitimate loan provider authorized by the RBI, and we strongly condemn recent fraudulent activities by individuals impersonating our organization and unlawfully requesting upfront fees for loans; please note that we do not charge any such fees at any stage.

Disclosure

We have observed the emergence of fraudulent individuals creating deceptive email addresses and similar web domains to Mudraboxx, which has led to confusion among our customers and duped many potential clients with baseless promises.

That's why we warn the general public to:

1. 1.1. Raise awareness about any kind of fake email ID, website, ads, and domains impersonating Mudraboxx and claiming that they are offering salary advances at a low interest rate, collecting customer data, requesting money upfront for loan processing, etc.
2. 2.2. Our credit partner has a complex process to review every potential credit request/application and comply with the legal guidelines set out in their due process. Mudraboxx or any of our employees will never require any kind of prepayment from their clients before disbursing the loan.
3. 3.3. The email ID would necessarily contain @mudraboxx.com and would not contain other domain names like Hotmail/Yahoo/Gmail, etc., or others.

Therefore, before deciding to deal with such scammers and to respond/admit to any kind of fake ads, websites, emails, and calls, protect yourself from any kind of criminal activity.

We strongly encourage our potential clients to promptly report any suspicious activities stemming from illegal practices to the relevant authorities, and we advise all individuals—customers and prospects alike—not to share their OTPs or passwords with anyone, including Mudraboxx personnel.
